Autumn welcomes the scrumptious aroma of pumpkin combined with a collection of spices that fills my home with an undeniable vibe. Fall is one of my favorite times of the year. I love the earthy tones of the leaves changing and the cooler temps that beckon folks to dine outdoors.
Speaking of outdoor dining, Dr. Mike, who owns RedBar Espresso, told me that the restaurant's patio has been a destination for many who want to enjoy his delicious food and soak up some sun. In celebration of the changing season, he is adding some new things to the menu! I can't wait to see what he has planned for us to enjoy! I had some leftover pumpkin puree and was looking for a unique idea to make. I discovered this Pumpkin Feta dip and decided to give it a try. I did tweak the original recipe a smidge and definitely suggest you top it with chopped walnuts. Wow, what a tasty surprise it turned out to be.
