Stacy Cooper founded her company, LNJ Employer Services to address human resource requirements for local business owners. Most do not have an official Human Resource Department and rely upon LNJ for compliance in managing employees and their needs.

 

She offers guidance for everything from employee termination, performance management, training, development, safety, disciplinary actions, employee relations, compensation and benefits. 

 

Collaborating with business owners to create HR compliant policies and employee handbooks is a major focus for her company.
